100% Offline Processing: CleanPhoto operates fully offline on your device. We do not host any servers, we do not collect, store, or share your personal data, and we do not upload your photos to the internet.
Information Collection and Use
Because the App operates 100% locally on your device, our data collection practices are minimal and transparent:
- No Personal Information: We do not collect personal identifiers, contact info, name, email, or device IDs.
- On-Device Photo Processing: When you open a photo in the App to view or strip its metadata (EXIF/GPS data), all analysis and stripping are performed locally in your device's memory. Your photo never leaves your device.
- No Tracking: The App does not contain third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, or advertising networks.
Permissions We Request
To perform its functions, the App requests permissions to access specific resources on your device. These permissions are used exclusively for local features:
- Photo Library / Storage Permission: Required to let you select photos for metadata cleaning and to save the cleaned images back to your gallery.
You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time through your device's settings.
In-App Purchases
The App offers optional Premium features through In-App Purchases (IAP). These transactions are processed securely directly by Google Play Services (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).
Purchase history, payment details, and transactions are handled by the respective platform systems under their own privacy policies. CleanPhoto does not collect or transmit payment details to any external server.
Third-Party Services
The App utilizes standard system services provided by the mobile operating system platforms to function:
- Google Play Services (Android)
- Apple App Store Services (iOS)
Children's Privacy
Since the App does not collect or transmit any user data, it is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Since the App has no server connectivity, we encourage you to review this page periodically within the App or on our hosting page for any changes. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
